Andlinger & Company, Inc. is an international private investment firm, established in 1976 by Gerhard Andlinger. We are distinguished from other private equity firms by three primary traits:

• Many of our partners are former operating managers from companies ranging from startups to large multinational firms, and all partners have extensive board practice. We have experience with both public and private companies
  
  
• We are international in scope with offices in the United States, Belgium, Austria and an affiliate in China
  
  
• We are self-funded and have been since our inception. Because we are not accountable to limited partners, we have no covenants requiring capital returns in fixed time periods and we are free to invest in a wide array of industries using creative investment methods.

In concert with the operating managers of our portfolio companies, we endeavor to grow businesses and put them on firm financial footings. To that end, we typically structure transactions with common stock for all.
